Ayala Land Inc. announced a 55 percent take-up of lots in its latest residential development project, Verdana Homes Asyana.
Since it was launched last August 2009, Verdana Homes Asyana has sold 63 of the 114 total lots for sale in its first phase of development.
Phase 1 of this new residential development features a long landscaped walkway and jogging path to encourage families to have fun while maintain healthy lifestyles. In addition, A Wind Park will be created for residents to enjoy the gentle outdoor breeze and provide a soothing space that complements the more active features of the future clubhouse.
Verdana Homes Asyana, the third residential development project of Ayala Land Inc. in Negros, is a unique and affordable community that puts prime consideration to the harmonious interaction of families and friends. Its amenities place value on family time through open space plan, numerous parks, long trails and other recreational conveniences that encourage vibrant living among friends and loved ones. It is specially designed to bring countless possibilities for fun and adventure closer to home.
Ayala Land has hit 30 percent of its target completion for phase 1 of Asyana last year. Roads, pipe laying and entrance landscaping of the residential development have been completed. Further developments in Asyana for 2010 are: construction of the clubhouse, landscaping development of the village parks and building of the power supply facility.
Asyana offers future residents an exciting resort-like community with a Balinese-inspired clubhouse set on a linear park along the river. Swimming pools, a multi-purpose covered court, social hall, gym and play area will give various leisure options for the whole family.
Clustered with the Ayala North Point and Plantazionne Verdana Homes villages, Asyana enjoys a prime and central location that is five minutes away from Bacolod City and near the new Silay-Bacolod Airport. Within the vicinity is the pre-school and sports stadium of St. John’s Institute, a gasoline station with convenient store and planned retail components.
