Ayala Land Inc. announced a 55 percent take-up of lots in its latest residential development project, Verdana Homes Asyana.

Since it was launched last August 2009, Verdana Homes Asyana has sold 63 of the 114 total lots for sale in its first phase of development.

Phase 1 of this new residential development features a long landscaped walkway and jogging path to encourage families to have fun while maintain healthy lifestyles. In addition, A Wind Park will be created for residents to enjoy the gentle outdoor breeze and provide a soothing space that complements the more active features of the future clubhouse.
